New Year Countdown

Before we moved into year 2008, we had our birthday celebration for Pastor Andrew. His wished and prayed that Hebron will become 1,000 members church soon!

Thereafter, we had our singspiration, we read Psalm 91 to anchor our confidence and trust in the Lord Jesus.

Many shared their testimonies: Sharin: She thought she was dying in GH, but was encouraged with many Hebronites visited her. She was very grateful to her mum-sister Irene. Wai Kee: Year 2007 was a year with many "ups' and downs'" ! Edeline: Felt welcomed and helped in Hebron. Kam Poh:Relationship restored. Doulos: 7 years before and after to make a difference! Jasmine: Healed from skin problem, not troubled by the problem and finished her SPM exam and attended ESP camp! Beven: Youth Aflame "boleh"! Jessie: Thanksgiving. Sang Lee: Lessons learned from Shalom Kids and encouraged by all the teachers. Pastor Joseph: Building Godly Family Ties.

Christmas Joy At Hebron

Youth Aflame Night

Dear Hebronites,

Thank you for sharing your joy and happiness with all of us during this Christmas season.

Yesterday, we had a wonderful celebration in Hebron. We had a good gala time of praise and worship, presentation through songs, choir, drama and dance and a sumptuous lunch. Our very own "Angels" and their visitation teams distributed all the rice and oil to those named recipients all day long. Our carolers visited Xin Yi at Hospital Maria and sis Ming Choo at her home after discharged from GH on the very day. The program ended with Youth Aflame who had their BBQ in the evening at Hebron. Wow! Its all happened on the same day. Thank you for your love and labour that made this Christmas a fun-filled and heart-warmed success! May God continue to grant us strong, vibrant, energetic, vision/mission-minded Hebronites to fulfill His mission to enrich His people and His community.

Evangelistic Dinner: Also pleased to report that we had an excellent mobilization in our last evangelistic buffet at Chia Pin. Thank you for your patience and tolerance to put up such a good spirit despite the "mess". For the first time, we managed to mobilize est. 300 people to join the dinner. We managed to sell 285 tickets (incl. 10 juniors), 10 were sponsored (replaced with those who couldn't make it to the buffet) and some bought the tickets during the dinner. A total number of 264 people (invited by Hebronites) attended the buffet dinner; Thanks to all CGLs, members and friends who had worked very hard to make this event a success. Also, without your prayer and support, we couldn't have make it possible. With this united effort and the work of the Holy Spirit, I am confident that we can make our 1000 members strong church a reality. Amen!

Rice & Oil. Again, I would like to express special thanks and gratitudes to all donors and helpers who had make this "Sent By The Angels" campaign a success. We managed to raise RM970, the total cost of the campaign was RM996 instead of RM880 due to technical hitch (oil purchased from TESCO required membership and limited to one box at a time, we incurred more expenses to buy this oil outside). Praise the Lord! We managed to distribute all these Christmas Giveaways to est. 50 families. With this in mind, with the same momentum and your generosity and your active participation, we hope and pray that we can organize similar events to show care and concerns to all Hebronites and the community in major events next year such as Easter, Parents' Day, Merdeka Celebration/Moon Cake Celebration and Christmas Charity.

Only JESUS can turn a MESS into a MESSAGE; a TEST into a TESTIMONY; a TRIAL into a TRIUMPH and a VICTIM into a VICTOR. Together, we can make a difference for JESUS! Hebron BOLEH!
